I think when RMS came they had a few on display. But they were charged in USDz and I think would be very expensive. I suppose if we could get ~100 people then we could design one and get it made and maybe the profits (if any) would go the FSF-India...? But I think we wearing them will indicate our support which is more important then a few rupees... just my H 2 bits...

I am game for the idea. Good way to generate some revenue for
FSF as well as an excellent way to express our support for
free software. Everytime we wear the T-shirt it will be good
publicity for GNU/Linux withpout us saying a thing.
Wot say??? people.
