can u connect to this server manually on port 25...using telnet try to connect and see if you can excecute any smtp commands. are you sure this server admin has not blocked your site? nowdays many smtp server require authorization before sending mails to avoid spams...make sure the policy for above server is not changed. when have u sent last message using this connection...
