Trevor,

I think this is a very practical idea. Only issue is 
that due to Mumbai\'s humongous size, the collection of 
OS CDs needs to be available in more geographical 
localtions so that people can access it without spending 
a whole day in travelling. Maybe, others on the list can 
replicate this idea in other locations in Mumbai?
