And here. Though there are a few X related problems. I had to recompile the kernel to get it working, so I might have screwed something. Mplayer or any other player can use XV as video output plugin, it displays a blue window when I do. X11 works but then I cant scale, so no full screen. Cant export DISPLAY anything from other computers. And I remember selecting low latency and modified scheduling options during compiling but its still not as responsive as the kernel shipped with mandrake 9.2. [Am using gentoo-source kernel which is patched 2.4.22 I guess]. There is good possibility I RTFMed a bit more and founding time to recompile my kernel will solve these problems, but am currently quite busy with other stuff, so if you think there is some quick solution to any of the above problems please let me know.
