Who is your BB provider?  Enable NAT on your router and all traffic
will appear as coming from a single IP.   I have MTNL TriBand and
Iqara BB - NAT works with both.

Ensure that your ISP is not blocking ports for any special services
that you may be using (e.g. such as VoIP).
