The motherboard, CPU, and RAM is brand new. So no dust issues. I touched the heat sink to confirm the temperatures were indeed high. So the temperature sensor is not malfunctioning. The vendor had to remove the heatsink a couple of time when he switched the board. The first one I had gotten was a dead one... -- Dinesh A.
