I checked ohphone but it is H323 client.
Have you been able to make calls through ohphone?

I am not sure, it may be proxy or gateway.
but there has to be some server where their
windows client connects to and passes username
and password. I want to know where their windows
client connects.

I have both SIP client and H323 client with
me. But unless I specify where to connect
I wont be able to make calls without authenticating.

VSNL not just offers you dialup internet account but
also net telephony. I have about 56 hrs of internet left
which is equal to about 450Rs. And if I activate net telephony
I can use those 450Rs to make calls as well. As I have cable
net now I hardly use dialup account so I just wanted to use
this account to make calls instead of buying separate cards.

Thanks again.

Amish.
