So here we go. If anyone is interested to discuss any thing under Free Culture without any restriction head over to http://www.freelists.org/list/freeculture-mumbai and join in. A free culture is one where all members are free to participate in its transmission and evolution, without artificial limits on who can participate or in what way. The free culture movement seeks to develop this culture by promoting four things: * creativity and innovation; * communication and free expression; * public access to knowledge; * and citizens' civil liberties. So from now on all my posts to this list will be limited to Free and Open Source __Software__ as per popular request and peer pressure. But I may reply to any posts that interests me.
