the old service cost 2500 initially - of which I assume the major chunk is the cost of the modem. The new one costs 3500 - again major chunk would be modem cost. Anyway I have mailed customer care and asked them to consider things like transfer of sim card, phone number and deposit to the new scheme which would give some discount.
