Thanks Chirag. Yes I have seen the demo. I was also told about Alfresco being more scalable but a bit more complex. Also that KT is said to be rudimentary in so far as capturing work flow is concerned. I wanted to consider using the same for academic institutions, typically groups of institutions under a single authority. Recently I have decided to check out the commercial version since I was so far trying only the community one. Hence I wanted to get opinion of others. jitendra
