I have been a Reliance user since 5 years and I never do any transaction
with a representative at my place. I always go to the Web World and
after filling the form I take a Xerox copy on their own machine and
submit the form. If we take precautions from our side we will have less
trouble later. Put everything in black and white and keep a copy.

The only time I had problems was when I moved from pre-paid to post-paid
and my outgoing calls would return an engaged tone. I had to break my
head will the technical dept. for 2 weeks, even give my then brand new
Nokia phone to Nokia for repairs that were never required. Another
niusance is that in 5 years I have submitted by documents 4 to 5 times
to them. Otherwise their phone network is very good. Internet
connectivity has deteriorated since more than a year as I see from my
clients' experiences.
