Nowadays anyone can just flick someone's card and do shopping without any problems. There is no verification process. Another option for Railway booking online is the ITZcash Card. It is a prepaid card in denominations of 1000/- and above. The maximum risk is the limited value of the card. I use it for railway bookings.
