BSNL punjab circle has recently introduced a scheme where they are giving
broadband speed of around 2.4 Mbps at unlimited download for just Rs 550 per
month thru a wireless CDMA data card made by ZTE china. The wireless card
can be purchased for Rs 4200 and the data connectivity is limited to just
the punjab telecom circle. This scheme has not been publicised and has been
in operation for the last 3-4 months. I came to know about it by chance thru
word of mouth and the demand is very high but supply very less.

The problem is that i haven't been able to install it using wine etc in
ubuntu 9.04 with the installation CD

Can anybody help if they have installed/configured the same in ubuntu 9.04
etc?
