To spell it all out:
a. According to Red Hat's Subscription Agreement, _installation_ on more than
the number of subscriptions you bought is considered _redistribution_.
b. The RHEL copyright (or rather EULA) does prohibit redistribution of RHEL
alongwith trademarks.
c. Ergo, such an installation /implies/ trademark violation.
