This is excellent. However, as Anurag also pointed out, it must be either GPLv3+ or public domain -- it can't be both. If you would like to contribute towards reducing the noise on this list, you might want to make a simple statement. Something like: "I release my software FOO available at http://BAR/BAZ under GNU GPL v3+" in a mail should do it.
