I had used fedora long back. I don't know about ui. to configure network
i.e. ip address,
default gateway and dns settings enter following commands.


ifconfig eth0 ip_address/cidr  (to configure ip address)
route add default gw default_gw (to set default gateway)

vim /etc/resolv.conf  ->  put following lines
nameserver dns_ip
nameserver dns_second_ip

you need to run these commands using sudo.
