That should not be a "real" issue. Only thing it disables is installation
of Linux on ARM systems are are "certified".  There is nothing to stop
Nvidia/TI/Qualcomm et. el. to maintain a line of Linux compatible platform.

But, why to let Microsoft take control of the platform it is non-existent? We need to cut the chains Micro$oft is trying to put around ARM hardware.
