Das gilt auch für den Eintrag
#allow-query { 127.0.0.1; };
allow-query { 10.16.0.0/12; };
Entweder localhost (127.0.0.1) oder die IP des Servers (10.16.1.1)
Warum hast Du in der named.conf.local den Eintrag
//include "/etc/bind/zones.rfc1918";
auskommentiert?
