Yes, like:
https://rog.asus.com/us/motherboards/rog-strix/rog-strix-b550-a-gaming-model/spec
https://www.asus.com/Motherboards-Components/Motherboards/PRIME/PRIME-Z490-A/techspec/
https://rog.asus.com/motherboards/rog-strix/rog-strix-z490-g-gaming-model/spec
Looks like both Intel and AMD use them with gaming chipsets.
I guess other motherboard vendors and other chipsets for gaming do too.
Though other motherboard vendors do not specifying the LAN chip on thier
site.
The inter packet gap remind me of the same issue we measure on Intel i210.
Thanks for telling us know about this issue :-)

We found this one "QXG-2G1T-I225, Single-port 2.5 GbE network expansion
card with Intel Ethernet Controller I225-LM"
https://shop.qnap.com/index.php?route=product/product&product_id=387
Hope it uses a newer hardware version that do not have the inter packet
gap issue.
I guess there are probably more i225 expansion cards available on market.
