Hi Richard!

Sorry for being late. It actually happens after first grant timeout for GMs 
which are not selected as best master clock, subsequent grants do not update 
timeout.

We have seen ptp4l sending grant requests every second after first timeout.

I don't understand what the issue is or how this patch solves it.

Client should not receive a grant for ANNOUNCE in state HAVE_ANNOUNCE.
How does this happen?
