I need the GM.

My problem is sometimes the master offset is very huge and it takes longer
time for the device to sync. My requirement is, when a new node is inserted
to the network and if it's Master offset is huge then it should come
to +/-10ns second master offset range within 7 seconds timeline which is a
hard requirement.

But one of the switch in the network is taking more time and even after the
first step it is not able to synchronize with master and it takes its own
time to sync. Please find the log below:
