It looks like you're using binary packages as opposed to compiling, which is 
okay, but it appears it's complaining about an ABI problem. I thought this 
type of error was not supposed to happen with gcc 3.x. You can see by the 
error that the kernel version matches and the compiler doesn't and it doesn't 
like it. I would try either compiling or making sure I had binaries that were 
compatible.

Did you try pinging your NIC or booting windows and testing it?
