I upgraded to the Hitachi 60GB 7200RPM drive (which I believe is
9.5mm) and it was a piece of cake.  The hardest part, which wasn't
really that hard was taking the special connector off the original
drive.  That and finding a good USB enclosure to make the old drive
and external HD.  If you're looking for 100GB and fast, Hitachi has
since released a 100GB 7200 RPM drive that's a little over $200...if
it's anything like the 60GB (which I hear it is) it will eliminate a
lot of lag time.  I think it's called the 7K100...you can probably get
the PATA model, which is probably a little cheaper than the SATA model
that our laptop probably cannot fully utilize (someone correct me if
I'm wrong).

If anyone has experience with the 100GB I'm interested in hearing
about it...I'm getting a tablet in a few months and I'm considering
getting the 100GB for it...
