Hi, I'm not sure what the .12 stands for in the 64studio package name, but there are many changes in gigedit and libgig after the 0.1.1 release of gigedit. The bug fixed in libgig 2008-02-10 might be the cause of your problem. Otherwise I'm not aware of any issues like the one you're having.
