Oh, nice point. I asked to gpl-violations for advice and they said something similar: it is impossible for me (or anyone except copyright holder) to use linuxsampler without violating either the GPL of linuxsampler and libraries or the exception :/ Well, never mind, I can live without it, but please consider to switch to a custom license for better clarity, the GPL + commercial exception is quite confusing and it is clearly not your intention to forbid everyone the usage...
