[LinuxUsers] F/OSS backup soln like Apple's Time Machine?

There are a million open source backup solutions out there, but which 
one would you recommend that is most like Apple's Time Machine?

Some of the ones I've used would be confusing for some users.  I'm 
looking for something that works well with XP/Vista laptops.
