The most robust backup solution IMO is Bacula. Backuppc is also pretty full featured. Those two solutions are really meant to be run from a backup server and not as a single users workstation backup solution.
We have tested 'Simple Linux Backup' software. http://simplelinuxbkup.sourceforge.net/ We have only tried this out on single workstations. It is pretty simple to setup and has worked pretty well. it does support incremental backups. Chris...
