We manage our servers with a configuration management system called etch (written by my good friend, jason hiess: http://etch.wiki.sourceforge.net/Introduction) to manage any file (or to manage services, install applications, add users, manage sudo privs...). We'll update the config (in etch) for a set of resolvers, the config will get pushed and bind restarted. -g
