I'm sorry if I gave you the impression we monitor only from within our 
network.  We maintain servers worldwide (and on disparate networks) for 
both DNS and monitoring, and we maintain our support ticket server on a 
separate network, separate building, separate power grid, separate 
city, so even if all of Los Angeles goes down our clients should still 
be able to open a ticket to us.
