Or, if you're cheap like me, sign up for the SMS service and just have them SMS you the six digit PIN each time.
While this is not a 100% sufficient way to protect you from being attacked, it is one extra degree of certainty that you have that someone cannot get on with just your password.
On a side note, anyone else feel sorry for that poor girl on the other end of the line answering Jeff's question? Get her contact info, Jeff. Maybe we all can like pitch in and send her flowers or something. (Or, better yet, the source code to BSD 4.3.)
