Ok, so I'm perhaps m not the best authority on this matter (considering my recent razzing of our friend about his home brewed Quasimoto of BSD 4.3), but I'll come to Jeff's defense here.
Seriously, how many of us have really figured out something "on our own" from scratch? I certainly haven't.
