It is but then again it is not.

The twiki blow up last year is a good example of just this type of
thing. Today foswiki seems to be thriving and twiki is not though they
are looking for perl developers. Gentoo has had similiar issues and I
would hazard a guess this will continue to happen because humans
continue to allow or do this type of thing.

I am a little surprised it took them this long to really get after the
guy though. Not sure if I would agree with going public on this but
then it sounds like they did do everything they could to contact him
outside of the public sphere.
