I've got a lot of Cobalt RaQ4s available, all pulled from use. 
Unfortunately I have to wipe the drives but there are OS options 
available.  Free. Some with larger drives and 1g or more memory, but 
I'm not going down to the store room to look unless you express a real 
interest <smile>.

Note these are special purpose (webhosting machines) and do NOT use a 
standard bios.  The bios does NOT support keyboard, video, or mouse.

There's a commercial install CD download available, $75 per server, but 
it will probably require you update the BIOS.  Which may need you'll 
need to install the last Cobalt/Sun software that was published for 
them.

I have no connection with any of the companies listed above; I'm just 
trying to move a stack of servers I'll never put into the DC again.
