I saw this earlier today from Ilan's post on twitter (

I found this really interesting. Someone, presumably a reporter or
blogger from the LA area, addressing the issue that: yes, an average
non-techie can be successful using Linux in their day to day life. 
Issues he notes are hardware related (digital camera support is
different) and some of his CD-ROM's don't work (presumably Windows apps
purchased on CD ROM).  But he reports things to be trouble free.

The main story actually is good coverage of various organizations booths
at the last SCALE conference.

I really wish this was from "mainstream media" rather than indymedia.org
- but it's still nice to see stuff like this.
