Lots of ways. The feature I desperately needed (but didn't have in the DOS-like Window) was to select stuff with my mouse and have it instantly copy to the clipboard (which PuTTY has). Also, if there is something on my clipboard, right clicking instantly pastes it in the PuTTY window.
