Paul, I guess I don't need to defend to the defend the awesomeness of wordpress as a blogging CMS, you came to your senses.
As far as Django, I use it exclusively for all my customers and it is super great... but it is not a CMS - it is a python web development framework! You have to compare it to PHP's CodeIgniter more than a full blown CMS. Granted, there are Django-based CMS apps/plugins (django-cms, pinax), but writing one from scratch is so straight forward, they I have not bothered with one yet. - Ragi Date: Mon, 11 Apr 2011 00:47:47 -0700 > From: Paul Saenz <forensicneoph...@gmail.com> > Subject: Re: [LinuxUsers] CMS > To: SoCal LUG Users List <linuxusers@socallinux.org> > Message-ID: <banlktim-ooqxdtliviiyxe04br85wqu...@mail.gmail.com> > Content-Type: text/plain; charset=ISO-8859-1 > > > Please list specific reasons why a certain CMS works or not.
