Yeah Jeff,

but M$ is not releasing their own distribution of the kernel under
LGPL, they are contributing directly to the kernel project.  I do not
see how they can contribute to code that "violates" M$ patents knowing
full well that said code will be used by the public.  Also, I do not
think M$'s contribution to the Linux kernel is any way an unselfish
concern for the welfare of others.
