That's not really how off-topic works--if it's off-topic, then you should post it elsewhere. Simply relying on popular ignorance of reasonable limits on email traffic is not a way to escape criticism.
Best Buy, for example, is a great on-topic place to ask such questions. They're very happy to help you spend money on fashionable digital handcuffs.
