I loved this video when I saw it. I still think ATI/Radeon is worse (hands down). I recently had a similar issue with the Optimus chips. I would stay away from these chips. If you get one the bumblebee drivers work very well. Basically, with the optimus chip, you use the bumble bee drivers to run certain programs with or without Opitmus (i.e., google earth, blender); (so far) the card works very well. Compiz, or other 3d fx, work fine without the Optimus chip. The two thing the bumble guys are still working are 1) getting the nvidia-settings app to work properly with the Optimus cards, and 2) dual screens is a bit complicated depending on what you wish to accomplish. I believe these two issues will be solved soon.
