Well, according to the post, it's an ap called e_powersaver.  I'm
still trying to sort through the instructions (keep in mind, I'm not a
very technical user, I probably know the least about Linux of anyone
here, so what he's describing is a bit intimidating), so I haven't
tried it.  But, the info is at:
