All hosting providers we are describing registers domain name too.

Well my personal suggestion, if you are going to host that domain name on
your own server then I think
whatever registrar you use that simply does not mean anything,
As after registering your domain you are going to host that on your hosting
server.

So all that matters is hosting Server, There is no problem in getting domain
from any registrar.
