I specifically switched away from GoDaddy because they have a curious history of dumping domains that host things they don't agree with as well as holding domains hostage when you try and transfer them. I use DomainDiscount24 now, which is a subsidiary of Key Systems GmbH. I picked them because they kept thePirateBay.org domain resolving, despite many attempts to revoke it. They essentially insisted that the copyright cartels go through actual legal processes instead of thuggishly revoking domain names (as they have hitherto done though weaker registrars, such as GoDaddy). If you're interested in reasons to eschew GoDaddy and pick a real registrar which has such features as a spine and respect for their customers, then you might find www.NoDaddy.com interesting. -- Registered Linux Addict #431495 For Faith and Family! | John 3:16! http://www.fsdev.net/ -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Linux Users Group.
