I've just upgraded to the beta version of Ubuntu "Meerkat" on my Linux
machine and can no longer share my Ubuntu screen on my Mac. All this
worked fine with the previous version of Ubuntu (10.9) and I've made
no changes to my ethernet LAN. The Mac "sees" the Ubuntu desktop, the
connection starts normally, on the "share screen" command the Ubuntu
remote screen message appears, on the Mac the "contacting remote
desktop" message appears with the candy-striped progress bar, but it
never completes.

Would greatly appreciate any advice.
