  With u r trailing mails i think u r trying to connect 3ISP into 1, Like 
loadbalanceing/HA.  if this is your gole & if u r using LINUX as solution, Then 
why don't u give a try BONDing. Configure Bonding & let the kernel do the rest.
   
  But while playing with internet i stronly suggest you to have a good fire 
wall. in this case either befor u r Bonding Linux Box or after or on the same.
