hi all,
I just installed centOS. there is 1 on board lan card. and pci card d-link .
on eth0 i have connected mtnl triband router.
and on eth1 i have connected lan cable which comes from my lan switch.
eth0 =
ip:192.168.1.234 /255.255.255.0
gateway= 192.168.1.150 ( routers ip address)
dns= 203.94.227.70 / 203.94.243.70
***************************************************
eth1=
ip:192.168.1.245 / 255.255.255.0 ( which received through dhcp)
***************************************************
i can ping 192.168.1.150 (mtnl router) can surf net.
but not able to ping local lan or not from lan to linux
I tried ip forwarding enabled but not worked.
when i try to ping lan says destination host unrechable. but when i make eth 0
down then i am able to ping LAN IP. not when both r active.
PLEASE HELP ME OUT. I AM NEW TO LINUX.
