Requirements:- 

Call Management – such as CRBT, MCA & Voice Portal

· Messaging Products

· USSD

· Roaming

· KPI parameters

· Uptime 

· Program management

Team Management


Candidate should be able to install dialogic card, expert on Linux OS, 
clustering and SS7 knowledge (MAP, CAMAL)

Key responsibilities: 

· To work in 24x7x365 shift mode.

· Manage the operational delivery of service to the assigned statement of work.

· Plan, organize and deploy resources.

· Analytical Skills & Tactical Orientation.

· Accountable for the resolution of operational problems and issues that 
impact service delivery in all service deliverables.

Skills Required:

Ready to work in shift mode.
