Hi Ping

I'll put the Bamboo one over on Ubuntu as well, although it is still
missing the other updates we talked about.  It may take me a couple of
days (more like nights) to get to incorporate them.

If the kernel docs carry any weight on using spinlocks in urb handlers
I'll refer to http://www.kernel.org/doc/Documentation/usb/URB.txt
section 1.7.
