The wacom driver tries to do more than is good for it in terms of screen
management. This used to work before RandR 1.2 was introduced but now any
config by the driver is likely to be outdated as soon as a new screen is
plugged in, the monitor configuration is changed, etc.

Configurations with multiple ScreenRecs are reasonably uncommon and
wcmSetScreen() is quite badly broken for those. TwinView... well, don't get
me started. With server 1.9 we can set the area the tablet is mapped to
easily and in a driver-independent manner. The TwinView property is thus
superfluous.
