Note that these go on top of my previously posted patchset, available on
the scroll-ring branch on
git://people.freedesktop.org/~whot/xf86-input-wacom
They fix the wrapping issue on the I4 rings and the jumpiness on the I3
strips (tested only the vertical one, my I3 doesn't have a horizontal one).
