I think this is a bug:

With aforementioned device, 39-rc5 kernel and GIT driver, the
touchscreen is borderline-capacitive. Even the mere history of a finger
having touched the screen will sometimes randomly make it click.

When I look at xsetwacom the Capacity Setting is set to -1. I think this
is wrong.

(On a sidenote, the eraser of the pen (which is a really small pen for
touchscreen input) does not have a TabletTCPButton option, as opposed to
the stylus of the pen, which has that option. BTW, the pen button - at
least for the stylus - only works if I set TabletTCPButton to "off", where
"on" is the default)
